Unfortunately, there are not many bilingual shops in Kashiwa, but Kashiwa goodwill guide association “KGGA” will help foreign travelers. This association is a well-meaning interpreter group registered with the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO), and they can guide and take you to exciting tours in many kinds of language.

KCC (Kashiwa Cross-cultural Center) is the public facility carries out business related to the international exchange in Kashiwa City. With three pillars that are “Living together”, “Support” and “Exchange with foreign countries” and as the center of international relationship activities KCC will seek to step up internationalization of citizen’s life and multicultural symbiosis.
Kashiwa International Relations Association
KOBAN is a facility operated by police officers dispatched from the police station. Around Kashiwa station Koban is in East Exit. Police officers will help you when you are in trouble, such as lost items, lost children, or involved in accidents.
Around Kashiwa station, you can rent cycles at East Exit 2nd Bicycle Station. (on the way between KOBAN and Joban line) For renting, you need to show your passport.
